THE IDEA
« Laziness isn't filmed by piling on effects — it is filmed by letting the shot breathe. »
A cold, contemplative, unhurried ambient trap video — the opposite of “18”, a nervous drill video. The whole direction comes from one rule: hold back rather than add.
THE PLAN
I set the direction before the shoot: three reference videos (Skepta, Knucks, Gwamz ft. Efosa) with, for each, what to keep and what to reject; a cold palette; a Figma moodboard; a VFX bible capping the effects and listing what is forbidden. Setting: the Paris metro, from Bastille to Réaumur – Sébastopol.

THE DESIGN
Amzyblk shot the footage. T4R directed the video and graded it following the chain written in the bible: S-Log3 rushes (Sony FX30, 4K), Rec.709 conversion, then a six-node “Lazy” grade. Drag across the image to go from rush to master.
