PRIVACY
Who
This is the website of MR.SADY, creative director and beatmaker in Brussels (Belgium). For any question about your data: contact@mrsady.com.
What the site does not do
No advertising, no tracking cookies, no data resale. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) is anonymous and cookie-free: it counts page views, country and device type, with nothing that identifies you. External players (SoundCloud, Deezer…) only load after your click. The SIGNAL “online” counter is anonymous: a random number, no address, no cookie.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It only keeps in your browser, for the duration of the visit, three technical markers: the arrival screen already passed, your place on the page when you switch language, and the anonymous number of the “online” counter; and, with no time limit, the fact that you closed the information banner and, if you chose it, “Skip intro”. Google’s script only loads on the subscription page and on the beat pages. You can clear everything from your browser settings.
Anti-spam
The site only sends the emails you asked for: a subscription confirmation, then one email per new signal. Never advertising, never a shared address. Every sign-up by address goes through a double confirmation, every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and the form is protected against automated sign-ups (bot trap, limits per device, per address and per day).
Getting the signals by email
If you subscribe, the site stores your email address, the language you chose and the dates of subscription, confirmation and unsubscription. They serve one purpose only: sending you an email for each new signal. They are never sold, shared or used for anything else.
Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the “Unsubscribe” link in every email. The address is kept while you are subscribed; an address that is never confirmed is deleted after 7 days; after unsubscribing, it receives nothing more and is deleted on simple request.
“Continue with Google”
If you choose this option, Google confirms your email address to the site. For the subscription, the site stores only that address (no name, no photo, no access to your account); for a license request, the account’s address and name are sent to MR.SADY by email (see below). Google’s script only loads on the subscription page and on the beat pages; Google’s own use of its data is covered by its privacy policy.
Requesting a license
If you request a license for a beat, the site sends MR.SADY, by email, your Google address and name, the beat and license you chose, and what you write (artist name, message). Nothing is stored on the site: the request and the reply stay in the mailboxes for as long as it takes to handle the request and, if you buy, to keep a record of the purchase. A summary is sent to the same address.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the site (technical connection logs). Supabase stores the subscriber list (servers in the European Union). Google sends the emails and provides “Continue with Google”. Some of these providers are based in the United States: these transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, have it deleted, ask for a copy, object to its use or withdraw your consent: write to contact@mrsady.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
